About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Credit Risk Analyst who will support the evaluation of credit applications for small and medium-sized enterprises. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in credit risk, finance, or lending. You will work closely with experienced analysts and internal teams to learn the full credit assessment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the verification of clients’ credit applications (SMEs) in line with internal policies

• Assisting in the analysis of clients’ documentation, such as:

  • financial statements

  • credit bureau reports

  • bank references

  • publicly available information

• Helping calculate risk exposure and identify potential credit risks

• Cooperating with internal teams to support credit fraud prevention activities

• Assisting in daily monitoring and verification of client transactions in collaboration with banks, financial institutions, and business partners

• Supporting the analysis of loan portfolio quality and preparing inputs for corrective actions

Requirements

• University degree in economics, finance, or a related field (Bachelor's or higher)

• Good command of English (written and spoken)

• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong analytical thinking and interest in working with financial data

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in credit or lending processes will be considered an advantage, but is not required
