What will you be doing?
- Creating delivery strategy for the portfolio supporting organisational goals
- Overseeing delivery of projects and products within the department
- Building, developing, and mentoring a team of delivery experts
- Building processes and metrics that enable transparency and support decision making
- Co-creating and championing the culture of continuous improvement
- Partnering with other functions including Product Owner Office, Engineering and Architecture to solve most difficult problems
What is required to get the job done?
- 10+ years’ experience in managing complex global IT projects and departments
- Proven track record in similar role or delivery of 100+ people programs and projects
- Multi-faceted experience in IT Project Delivery both in Agile & Waterfall
- Strong leadership skills and management experience at Director level or equivalent
- Excellent communicator with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to influence across multiple collaborators at all levels
