Julius empowers enterprise brands, advertising agencies, PR companies, and media conglomerates to run influencer marketing in-house with their beautifully designed, data comprehensive platform. Founded in 2015, their clients span 3 continents and we’re looking for passionate, entrepreneurial-minded go-getters to help us achieve their mission of being the industry’s standard SaaS solution for influencer marketing.


About the role:

As a Support Engineer, you will be a part of the Support Team, which works closely with the Engineering Team. You will be interfacing with the other side of the business to diagnose issues. As a team, we work on daily alerts and provide constant support.


What you will take on:

  • Working with daily reports with alerts;
  • Defining and diagnosing software and server issues;
  • Resolving bugs;
  • Monitoring and maintaining the application;
  • Escalating issues that are out of scope;
  • Cooperating with the Engineering Team to provide solutions to the users;
  • Staying in touch with users via e-mail, dedicated Slack channels, and JIRA.


What you already have:

  • Experience in JavaScript, Relational or Non-Relational Databases;
  • 1-2 years of programming experience;
  • Understanding of Rest API;
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Ability to communicate with ease and clarity.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in clouds (AWS);
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other IT-related studies;
  • Contribution to an open-source project.


Please mind, that job requires working hours adjusted to US Eastern Time.
This means the start time would be 15:30, providing support until 23:30.
