At this phase we invite you to join our Automotive Embedded Software Engineering Team in Krakow, in the role of Software Requirements Engineer, with the goal to grow as a Team together. In your role you will analyze system requirements from the automotive environment furthermore you will take care of the coordination technical concepts and provide various possible solutions. You will work independently, taking over the responsibility for your tasks, and coordinate regularly with your team in Krakow and Regensburg. 

Software Requirements Engineer – Automotive domain


You are a good match if you:

  • Have completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, business informatics, mathematics or comparable. 
  • Have experience with requirements engineering in automotive projects 
  • Have knowledge of dealing with DOORS, CodeBeamer, Polarion or comparable tools. 
  • Have strong analytical and conceptual skill 
  • Are good Team player whit very good communication skills 
  • Fluent communication in English (C1 level) 

You get extra points for:

  • Experience in test management (e.g. certified tester)
  • Experience in test automatization
  • Experience in requirements management and adequate tools (e.g. DOORS, CodeBeamer)
  •  Experience in reading hardware circuit diagrams
  • Experience with tools for CAN tracing (Vector CANoe), signal analysis and diagnostics
  • Awareness of ASPICE 

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and implementation of the software specifications based on the system specification
  • Participation in defining and analysis system requirements
  • Mediate and translate content between the customer and developer view, create presentation documents to illustrate complex content
  • Performing your tasks in close cooperation with your colleagues in development
