Project Manager

Our department, Enterprise Applications, is carrying out numerous projects for the implementation and development of ERP solutions. Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager.

Who are we looking for?

We are searching for experienced candidates for the position of project manager to lead the most essential enterprise-level projects - rollouts on the new markets and ERP projects.

• You have experience in managing IT projects in international environment (at least 2 years)
• You know the specifics of running ERP implementation, migration or replacement
• You have experience with ERP systems
• You are high communication skilled person, who know how to get both to developers and business
• Your English and Polish skills are on an advanced level (internal contacts in the company, working with project documentation)
• You are an independent person, able to adapt to new solutions and challenges quickly
• You have very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Sharepoint
• You have a project management certificate such as PRINCE2, PMBoK, Agile PM or similar

Responsibilities:

• Time, change, budget and scope management throughout the project lifecycle
• Proactive assessment and mitigation of project risks
• Regular reporting of project status to Project Sponsor, internal stakeholders and Steering Committee
• Managing Project Team working on implementation of ERP systems, entering on the new markets or other projects touching enterprise applications, supporting execution of core business
• Shaping the project management approach in our organization and making sure changes are implemented as intended and in a timely manner
