We are looking for a vigorous, positive-thinking team player, zealous to work on physical and digital projects from around the earth as a Mid/Senior UI Designer. This position offers an instigating opportunity to craft the next innovation at the intersection of the Physical and Digital worlds. We believe that by equipping people with the best tools to meet their needs, we can tackle the whole world's problems better, together.
At intent you:
- Can take part in knowledge sharing with other tech freaks.
- Will experience a transparent and systematic salary raise system.
- Can visit our office and play with our dogs/cats all day – or at least for as long as they’re not bored :)
- Will work in small 3-10 people teams, which let you step up and develop yourself regularly.
- Will participate in designs sprints. We do a lot of them! Collaborative work is sexy.
- Will have a chance to test and implement your ideas. We like trying new things and are not afraid of failures. Failing is learning.
- Will be working in sync with our UX team, deliver exquisite prototyping and UI work, and have a chance to push and experiment with new ideas & trends.

What we expect:
- Min. 2 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design (or art direction experience in digital products).
- Your portfolio is focused on UI design.
- You are an expert in design storytelling (your design doesn’t just look good, it has to tell a compelling story).
- Experience in motion design.
- Proven ability to make an idea into a working product.
- Ability to conduct competitive research including design insight and trends.
- Good understanding of the development process.
- Great knowledge of the latest design processes.
