We are looking for a vigorous, positive-thinking team player, zealous to work on physical and digital projects from around the earth as a Scrum Master. This position offers an instigating opportunity to craft the next innovation at the intersection of the Physical and Digital worlds.

As a Scrum Master at intent you will be:
- The point of contact for internal and external product owners (e.g.customers or stakeholders).
- Helping teams monitor performance during sprints.
- Observing and detecting issues that hinder the teams’ work, and guide the team through rough patches.
- Coordinating ceremonies such as workshops, sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, and other team meetings.
- Coaching team members and the Client to build a better understanding of Agile standards and best practices.
- Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Assessing the needs of the team, removing or preventing impediments, and providing additional support with the daily life of the team.
- Fostering the right feedback culture across the whole organization.
- Helping to build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
What we expect:
- A track record of experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Familiarity with software development.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.).
- The person that subscribes to our company values – a constant learner and knowledge sharer.
- Perfect communication skills and out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.
- Passion for technology.

Flawless English skills (both written and spoken).
- Scrum Master certification is a must.
