Job description

We are looking for a Client Partner who combines strong sales capabilities with a solid background in delivering technology consulting and software engineering projects. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in both selling and executing complex projects, which allows them to act as a trusted advisor while independently driving and closing strategic deals. This person is highly driven, relationship-oriented, and proactive, with the ambition and energy to build new business, open key accounts, and actively shape the company’s growth and transition towards technology advisory.

What you’ll be doing: 

Client & Account Management 

  • Leading end-to-end consultative sales process – from opportunity discovery to closing strategic deals. 

  • Building and actively managing a high-quality sales pipeline (individually and with collaboration with Business Development). 

  • Shaping client engagements and co-creating tailored solutions in collaboration with delivery, presales, and consulting teams – mainly around software engineering and digital transformation 

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients – not only during sales, but also throughout project delivery. 

  • Identifying and driving expansion opportunities within existing accounts. 

Sales operations & Collaboration 

  • Leading commercial structuring of offers, including proposals, SOWs, and pricing. 

  • Contributing, defining and evolving the company’s technology consulting value proposition (key areas: Tech Architecture Modernisation, AI-Augmented Development). 

  • Working with the Delivery Director and presales on sales development tactics for existing accounts, capabilities planning, and knowledge management. 

  • Working with sales operations and marketing to manage and propose innovative lead generation activities - automated campaigns, advertising, event participations, hackathons. 

  • Designing creating and maintaining a database of technology consulting use cases. 

  • Support creation of thought leadership content (case studies, events, webinars, white papers). 

  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. 

 

 You will be the best fit if you have: 

  • 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, software engineering services, or digital transformation environments. 

  • Proven track record in selling complex, high-value services (software development, consulting, transformation projects). 

  • Hands-on experience in project delivery earlier in your career (e.g. software engineering, architecture, consulting, project/delivery management). 

  • Ability to independently lead consultative sales conversations without heavy reliance on presales teams (especially in early stages). 

  • Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, digital product development, AI and its impact on software engineering and business. 

  • Experience working closely with delivery, sales and marketing teams. 

  • Ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
