🚀We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer preferably with prior experience deploying data science applications on top of Kubernetes. You will join our client's project - the world’s leading manufacturer of trucks, buses, construction equipment and marine and industrial engines. 

In the role of DevSecOps Engineer, you will help the client to evolve the on-premises data platform for Data Science purposes to the next version, for advanced data engineering, analytics, machine learning and AI. As a DevSecOps Engineer you:  

• Will participate and collaborate with existing team members in status meetings and backlog management.   
• Will set up Data Science applications (like Spark, JupyterLab, Airflow, Kafka, Ray, RDBMS and other NOSQL technologies) in the Kubernetes environment.  
• Will be responsible for managing upgrades and maintaining the open-source Kubernetes environment. 
• Will be making the existing Kubernetes environment robust, fault-tolerant, and stable. The entire set-up should be based on open-source technologies, with a modular design and build approach. 
• Will create a secure environment to be used by engineers, analysts, scientists, ML/AI specialists, and simulation engineers. It should align with the client’s regulations and adhere to all the regulatory needs around internal and external data sharing. 
• Will be cooperating closely with the security team on improving/developing security under the whole project 

🚀 You might be the perfect match if you are/have: 

• 5+ years' prior experience as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer 
• Commercial experience with Kubernetes 
• Knowledge of Spark, AirFlow, Kafka, JupyterLab and Ray 
• Good to have prior experience deploying data science applications on top of Kubernetes. 
• Fluency in English (C1) to work effectively in a multinational team 
• Location in Poland for easy signing of cooperation offers and occasional team meetings.

🔍Our recruitment process consists of the following steps: 

• Initial interview with Julia, our recruiter - 30 minutes 
• Technical interview with one of our technical interviewers - 60 minutes
