About job
You will be responsible for implementing backend part of websites done with Symfony, Adobe Commerce (Magento), TYPO3. You can choose specialization in one area or change it for each project.

You will be responsible for implementing backend part of websites done with Symfony, Adobe Commerce (Magento), TYPO3. You can choose specialization in one area or change it for each project.
Some technical aspects that may be interesting for you as developer are:
- Each project has deployment scripts - done with deployer.org.
- Each project use ddev for local development - new project is ready on your local computer in 5 minutes together with database and media.
- All your projects have composer and git.
- We use ES6+, Vue components, REST whenever possible, for example showing and filtering records etc. We avoid jQuery.
- All projects, no matter it is TYPO3, Magento, Symfony have exactly the same, simple CLI commands for:
- database and media synchronizations,
- deployment,
- running frontend build or watch.

Inscript GmbH is an Austrian agency, being on the market for 11 years. Amongst customers of Inscript you will find well recognized companies as SPAR AG, Rauch GmbH, Gebrüder Weiss GmbH, Bamix AG to mention just a few.
The team consists of 40 people in four locations: Austria, Switzerland, Poland and the Czech Republic.
The team in Poland is responsible for development and support of Magento, TYPO3, WP and Symfony solutions. Probably a good info for you, as developer, is the fact that you will have no direct contact with customers and even better that you will be not responsible for adding content. As part of integration and knowledge gaining we go to trainings and conferences. We also organize regular meetings, where we discuss the latest technologies and decide together which of them should be thoroughly tested before we can recommend them to our clients. Once a year we arrange a bigger meeting, most often combined with an IT conference, where we get to know and integrate in reality. We also organize smaller meetings in real life in cities where there are more Inscript developers.
Developers working in the Poland office (in Bydgoszcz) are provided with two monitors, height-adjustable desks, Ergohuman v2 seats, coffee, fruits, air purifiers, air conditioning and super fast internet access.
The application process
The next few days after receiving your application, we'll read it and check your CV or/and Linkedin profile. If we don't get excited about your application we will send you an email so you know your CV was rejected by us. If we think you could be a good match, we'll send you an email with a few questions and ask you to schedule the phone call with us. On the phone call we will test your knowledge with some basic questions (about 30min). If the "phone test" will be ok we will invite you to "Live Coding" on Google Meet where you will share your screen and we will watch on live how do you do a simple task (it should not take you more than 1h-1,5h)
After the "Live Coding" part we'll give you an answer at once or we will wait until the end of recrutation so we are able to compare you with other applicants. When we will end recrutation we will inform you if you were selected or not.
