Job description

Position Summary

The Reporting and Automation Analyst provides support to the global license sales teams. This position serves as primary reporting support, in a highly team-oriented environment. We are looking for reporting analysts to strengthen technical skills within the team in a environment that is evolving at a fast pace. Team’s objective is to drive improved visibility into the business through greater emphasis on analytics to support better decision making.
 
Your Responsibilities Include

  • Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
  • Collect business needs and meet the reporting/analysis requirements
  • Proactively analyze reports to discover trends and make automations
  • Maintain a catalog of automated processes and ensure that all reporting is provided
  • Sales teams’ primary contact for reports creation
  • Guidance for the team regarding reporting and automation areas
  • Maintain and keep up to standards newly created and already in place reports
  • Evaluate and generate ad hoc report requests
  • Providing insights/analysis to key sales KPIs
  • Identify and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Properly route opportunities to respective Lines of Business according to the documentation
  • Ensure you follow the process according to the Service Level Agreements

Education:

  • A degree is a great asset, Business, Computer Science are preferred areas. College graduates who are high achievers with a drive to succeed
 
Skills:

  • Ability to gather and translate business needs to validate and support reporting requirements.
  • Good technical skills, the ability to analyze data, research and solve diverse technical issues.
  • Accurate, with good attention to detail. Able to spot and rectify errors.
  • Highly developed PC skills.
  • Ability to adapt to an rapidly evolving environment.
  • The desire to learn and explore new technology within Infor is fundamental along with the ability to communicate at all levels within the company.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
  • Able to take initiative/responsibility to support the team in their common goals
 
Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in Advanced Excel VBA Programming
  • Experience or exposure to Microsoft SQL databases
