Junior Business Analyst

Wroclaw-based opportunity with a remote work model, with occasional on-site client visits as required by project needs.

As a Junior Business Analyst – Web & Mobile Applications, you will be working for our client, a leader in delivering web and mobile applications for various business use cases. You will help translate complex business needs into clear requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role offers a dynamic environment for growth, innovation, and making a tangible impact on diverse projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Gather and validate detailed requirements through effective communication with business stakeholders.

• Document specifications and translate business needs into technical requirements for developers and testers.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity in project deliverables.

• Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and maintain comprehensive documentation.

• Facilitate requirement discovery sessions, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities.

• Support project phases by providing ongoing clarification and validation of deliverables.

• Occasionally visit clients in Wroclaw, depending on project needs, with flexibility based on project phase.

  
  

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• About 1+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Strong communication skills with experience in external client-facing roles.

• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and requirements.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Basic understanding of UML diagrams.

• Experience working on web and mobile app projects.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with flexibility for occasional client visits.

  
  

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of UML diagramming.

• Additional certifications in Business Analysis or related areas.

  
  

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent Polish and English, with strong communicative skills in both languages.
