Infoprojekt is seeking an Microsoft 365 Support & Test Engineer. The successful candidate will focus on testing, implementations and migrations as well as the maintenance process of delivered solutions based on the Microsoft365 platform.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Assure the top quality of delivered solutions
- Perform manual tests of new features & changes
- Handle new requests and support tickets
- Prepare documentation and demos
- Provide excellent support to our clients
- Conduct research on complex cases, validate cases for escalation and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
- Monitor the latest changes in Microsoft365 technology
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional IT experience
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies
- Client-facing role experience
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to a flexible work schedule, as the need arises
- Hands-on experience in O365 migrations projects
- Power user knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server
- Proficient with at least two O365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, PowerAutomate, PowerBI etc…)
- C1 Level of English
