Job Description:-

You will be a key member of a dynamic team, fostering collaboration across Practice Leads and Communities of Practice (CoPs) within Roche Technical Operations.

This role will drive alignment among Practice Leads (senior specialists in groups such as BA, SA, QV, Install/ Configure/ Test) to define working methods, ceremonies, backlog management, and more for the Communities of Practice.

 You will also serve as the Epic Owner for special cross-functional projects (e.g., ALM replacement with Retina, test automation introduction), managing resources, timelines, and ensuring successful execution

Collaborating with Practice Leads to establish collaboration frameworks, ceremonies, and backlog management processes.

Acting as the Epic Owner for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring resource mobilization, and timely delivery.

Building a culture of learning and development

Ensuring Practice Leads develop and maintain fit for purpose onboarding plans for all roles

Enhancing functional excellence within CoPs.

Driving innovation in tools, processes, and ways of working, aligned with a SAFe framework.

Ensuring close coordination between Agile delivery teams and optimizing specialist performance and collaboration.

Skills

Proven experience working closely with Practice Leads and stakeholders to drive change and alignment in complex, global environments.

Previous experience in Lean Agile Centre of Excellence would be an asset

Exceptional project management skills with an ability to prioritize, mobilize resources, and meet timelines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling change-resistant stakeholders and understanding the unique culture of CLM.

Experience in Agile frameworks (preferably SAFe) and the ability to balance multiple initiatives (Epic Ownership).

Experience in leading cross-functional projects, aligning CoPs, and fostering collaboration.

Ability to drive innovation in processes, learning culture, and onboarding enhancements.

Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing, quality and / or supply chain environment / Experience with global / multi-site manufacturing projects

Experience in CSV and GxP compliant environment

Excellent presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Google application suite fluency (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.) is an advantage

Proven ability for superior communication skills, expectation management and stakeholder management

Experience working in a global, virtual team in a complex matrix organization / Cultural awareness.

Experience with Codebeamer and advantage

Fluent in English. German or Polish is an advantage.

3+ years of working experience on Agile projects

2+ years of experience working as a SCRUM product owner. PSPO Certification is an advantage. SAFe Product Owner certification is an advantage.
