Are you a backend engineering expert with a passion for cutting-edge AI? We're on the lookout for a Senior Gen AI Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of intelligent systems. You’ll work at the intersection of backend systems, LLMs, and agentic workflows — building scalable, production-grade Generative AI services that power real-world innovation.

🔧 Must-Have Skills

1. GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
2. Python (preferred), Java or Scala
3. REST APIs, Kafka, Microservices
4. AWS or Azure (cloud infrastructure)
5. Tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs

🧠 What You'll Do

• Architect and develop backend systems that power Generative AI workflows

• Build and deploy microservices/APIs integrating with LLMs and vector databases

• Implement scalable infrastructure for serving AI pipelines in production

• Create intelligent pipelines for prompts, embeddings, and feedback loops

• Optimize GenAI systems for performance, modularity, and low-latency inference

• Collaborate with ML engineers on agentic components like Tool Agents and LLM Gateways

• Debug, profile, and improve GenAI applications across the stack

• Maintain high-quality documentation for AI services and deployment workflows

✅ What We're Looking For

1. 5+ years of IT experience
2. 1+ years hands-on with GenAI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, or prompt engineering)
3. Strong software engineering skills in Python (preferred), Java, or Scala
4. Proven experience building microservices and cloud-native applications
5. Exposure to GenAI ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, Copilot, LangChain, etc.)
6. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines
