Senior AI Engineer (AI-driven Systems)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a team building a high-performance trading application processing large volumes of data. The platform is currently developed across Rust and C#, and the team is actively evolving toward deeper AI adoption across engineering and operational workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly technical, open-minded, and passionate about applying AI to real production systems — not just experimenting, but driving meaningful automation and efficiency at scale.

You will play a key role in introducing AI-first ways of working across the team, helping to design tools, workflows, and integrations that accelerate software delivery and data processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven solutions and automation supporting a trading platform

• Develop tools for AI integration, data processing, and workflow automation

• Introduce and scale AI usage across engineering workflows (development, testing, debugging, optimization)

• Collaborate with engineers working in Rust and C# to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems

• Support automation initiatives across the full software development lifecycle

• Identify opportunities where AI can improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making

• Contribute to system design for scalable, high-volume data processing environmentsa

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Software Engineer or AI Engineer using Python or other languages in production environments

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or generative AI applications (LLMs, automation, agentic workflows, etc.)

• Strong engineering mindset and ability to work with complex, distributed systems

• Openness to working in multi-language environments (for example Python, C#, Rust)

• Experience building automation or AI-driven tools that improve engineering productivity

• Understanding of data-heavy or high-performance systems is a strong plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with trading systems or high-volume data processing

• Exposure to Rust or C# environments

• Experience integrating AI into real engineering workflows (not only prototypes)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar)

• Experience building agent-based or workflow automation systems
