🚀 Join Us as SAP Stream Lead - FI

Location: Essen, Germany- Remote- (Monthly 2-3 days travel – expenses paid by the client)

Role Type: Contract | Duration: 6+ Months

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SD, MM, PP, PM, and other modules
• Capture client requirements, define and validate innovative finance processes
• Guide and mentor a diverse team of consultants, fostering collaboration and excellence
• Ensure design aligns with client expectations, delivering tangible benefits
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including go-live support
• Play a key role in international rollouts, safeguarding design consistency across regions

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations as a Stream Lead or Solution Architect

✅ Deep understanding of controlling concepts, profit/cost centers, and integration with modules like SD, MM, PP, and PM

✅ Expertise in finance processes such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Management Accounting

✅ Strong background in finance strategy, operations, tax reporting (DRC), inter-company reconciliation, and accruals management

✅ Track record optimizing finance and controlling processes in complex transformation projects

✅ Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and Finance Reporting (plus)

✅ Experience working with global teams, leading offshore colleagues, and managing stakeholder relationships at all levels—including C-suite

✅ Familiarity with delivery methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, agile)

✅ Industry experience in manufacturing or consumer goods is a plus

✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills

✅ Fluency in English is mandatory; Signavio knowledge is a bonus
