We’re seeking an experienced SAP Stream Lead – Material Management to join our expert consulting team and play a key role in delivering value-driven SAP S/4HANA implementations. 🎯 Your Role at a Glance:

As an SAP Stream Lead, you’ll be instrumental from the template design phase through to go-live and international rollout. You will:

1. Guide clients through solution design, ensuring alignment with business goals and SAP best practices.
2. Lead onshore and offshore teams through delivery phases.
3. Champion the SAP MM stream, while collaborating across supply chain domains (EWM, TM, MRP, etc.).
4. Act as the guardian of the solution template throughout international deployments.

🛠️ What You Bring:

1. Proven expertise as a Stream Lead or Solution Architect in SAP S/4HANA MM and Ariba implementations.
2. Deep knowledge of direct & indirect procurement, guided buying, catalog management, invoice verification, and supplier collaboration.
3. Strong process understanding in manufacturing, warehouse (SAP EWM), and transportation management (SAP TM).
4. Hands-on experience with procurement transformation and process optimization.
5. Familiarity with tools like MDG, Signavio, and Spent Analysis is a plus.
6. Techno-functional skills to create specifications (IDOC), Adobe Forms, BRF+, SAPUI5, and BTP.
7. Skilled in delivery methodologies—Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall.
8. Comfortable working with global teams, guiding offshore consultants, and managing stakeholders at all levels, including C-level.
9. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
10. Fluent in English and German.
