🔍 What You’ll Do

• Project Coordination: Collaborate across teams to support and coordinate multiple strategic projects within IT infrastructure and cloud environments.

• SAP Cloud ALM Oversight: Maintain accurate project overviews and track progress using SAP Cloud ALM.

• Reporting & Analytics: Develop insightful reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud—no coding required.

• Meeting & Stakeholder Engagement: Organize and moderate sprint planning and project meetings, including taking minutes and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.

• Ticket Management: Monitor ticket creation, review requirement quality, and ensure consideration of dependencies.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct plausibility checks and ensure tickets meet qualitative requirements for end-to-end cloud infrastructure integration.

• Documentation Ownership: Keep business-relevant documentation, including glossaries, up to date and accessible.

• Progress & Risk Monitoring: Analyze project progress, help identify risks, and support data-driven decisions.

• Strategic Reporting: Contribute to executive reports and presentations that showcase project success and business impact.

🧩 What You Bring

• Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and facilitate smooth communication between teams.

• SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Analytics Cloud is highly preferred.

• Analytical Thinking: Confidence in assessing risks, identifying issues, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Communication Excellence: Comfortable leading meetings, documenting outcomes, and aligning stakeholders at all levels.

• Cloud & IT Infrastructure Insight: Foundational understanding of cloud technologies and IT service management.

• Reporting & Documentation: Proven ability to create compelling reports, maintain glossaries, and ensure transparency in documentation.
