Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Senior D365 CRM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Krakow on a 6-month contract basis.


About the Role

As a D365 CRM Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design intelligent solutions, and guide implementations from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (minimum 3 projects)

  • Analyze complex business problems and architect scalable solutions

  • Capture, model, and translate business requirements into system functionality

  • Optimize business processes with industry best practices and Microsoft solutions

  • Drive workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training events

  • Manage system and user acceptance testing

  • Deliver professional post-implementation support


What We’re Looking For

✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 (Customer Service focus)✅ Deep understanding of case lifecycle management, SLA, security roles, and Unified Routing (preferred)✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft ALM stack, VSTS/TFS, and process-driven implementation✅ Expertise in data and process modeling, solution architecture, and requirement documentation✅ Familiarity with Microsoft implementation methodologies and industry-specific best practices✅ Strong communication and client-facing skills – both verbal and written✅ Proven experience in conducting discovery sessions, facilitating workshops, and delivering high-quality deliverables✅ Product certifications in D365 are a strong plus
