đ§ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective Action Management services.
- Lead and guide Operate Teams across technical and process-related areas.
- Manage work allocation, ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs, and drive service improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and application upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with business users, Country IT, and Shared Country Leads regarding service updates and issue resolutions.
- Assess and support business processes during major outages, collaborating with Incident Management Teams.
- Drive risk management, handle escalations, and ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly service review reports to customers and stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth ticket triage and software upgrade coordination.
