Why is this role so important?

As an IT Project Manager, you will play an important role in the organization of 2 to 3 strategic projects for the company's key clients, ensuring seamless coordination and fostering strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include leading one-to-one sessions with team members, overseeing internal operations, managing budgets, conducting project analysis, and participating in pre-sales activities. Most importantly, you will have the opportunity to lead the management and coordination of large international projects, serving as a pillar of our organizational success.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate work on projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting objectives
• Manage client relationships, basic communication with clients, and provide project support
• Coordinate teams at client sites
• IT Team coordination (conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to provide guidance and support)
• Process internal affairs such as orders, Statements of Work (SoW), and salary increases
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial control (P&L)
• Responsible for creating project analyses to identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Support pre-sales activities
• Creating acceptance and transparency
• Handle report generation and analysis

Requirements

• Experience in IT projects, either as an IT Project Manager or IT Project Coordinator at least 2 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills, openness, and a proactive approach
• The highest business culture
• Advanced level of English proficiency in both speech and writing (C1)
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in managing project teams
• Experience in budget management and financial control (P&L)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Business experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the consulting industry
• Experience in sales or a sales-oriented approach to clients is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Possibility to work from the Warsaw office in a hybrid model
