Currently we are looking for Senior Business Analyst.
We need someone who will be responsible for working with business leaders and BI consumers to understand their needs and ensure delivering BI products that respond these needs (starting from identifying reporting and analytical requirements to delivering Power BI dashboards).

As a Senior Business Analyst you will bridge a gap between business stakeholders and development team.
You will participate in building and developing strong BI function on our client’s side (Business Intelligence is a part of Global Analytics unit).

If you join us, your responsibilities will include:

- leading development of BI products to address business needs using state-of-the-art BI solutions
- bridging a gap between business and development team by translating business needs into technical requirements as well as explaining technical solutions into non-technical, lay terms
- constant cooperation with business to gather requirements and make recommendations on how to improve products as well as related processes, procedures and services based on data
- understanding and analysing data in order to deliver relevant and value-bringing Power BI dashboards
- using knowledge of the specific data available, forecasting / analysis methods and visualization capabilities to enhance requirements and provide insightful suggestions to business stakeholders
- developing deep understanding of the various business processes, datasets and BI deliverables
We expect:
- great communication and interpersonal skills (you will need it to cooperate smoothly with your tech and business colleagues)
- being comfortable with building and presenting reports and use cases
- wide and profound knowledge of capabilities offered by various BI solutions to address business needs
- experience in similar role and working knowledge of BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology
- analytical mindset and problem solving oriented attitude and skills to be able to significantly improve data products and decision-making processes based on data
- acting as a role model for business users to increase adoption of new processes and data-driven decisions
- fluent English (written and spoken) as you will communicate in English almost all the time
- readiness to travel ocassionally (visiting manufacturing sites based in different European countries)
In addition, we will be pleased if you have:
- experience with analytical programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
- working knowledge of Power BI and willingness to further improve your skills in this area
- experience in working across different global cultures
