Currently we are looking for a Regular / Senior UX Designer as we are supporting our partner in developing Global Analytics unit which is a global, centralized team with the ambition to strengthen data-driven decision-making and the development of smart data products for day-to-day operations.

As team expands its analytics solutions on a global scale, we are on the lookout for an experienced Regular / Senior UX Designer.
The Global Analytics team is a diverse collective of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Intelligence Specialists, and Analytics Translators, with footprints across three continents and five countries. Its ethos revolves around fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and ensuring reliability. If you join us, your responsibilities will include:
- researching and defining user needs, behaviors, and pain points through user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- designing user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to create seamless, intuitive experiences that address both user needs and business goals
- creating design deliverables such wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to cross-functional teams
- continuously evaluating and assessing the existing user experience by analyzing user feedback, conducting usability testing, and leveraging data insights to identify opportunities for improvement
- collaborating with other product team members and stakeholders to ensure user-centered design practices are followed throughout the product development cycle
- conducting usability testing and validating solutions to ensure designs meet both user needs and business requirements
- identifying and addressing usability issues, ensuring that both minor and major problems are resolved to improve the overall product experience
- iterating on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights, collaborating with development teams to ensure design solutions are implemented accurately and meet the release cadence
- maintaining and updating design components in prototyping tools, ensuring that reusable elements are consistent and function well together in different contexts
- participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers, as well as incorporating feedback from others to improve designs
- staying up-to-date with the latest UX research methods, tools, and trends to continually improve your skills and apply best practices in your work
We expect:
- proven experience in a similar position, ideally in web applications design
- strong practical knowledge of Figma, with experience in using it for collaborative design and prototyping
- deep understanding of design systems and experience applying them in a consistent, scalable way
- working knowledge of UX design principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design
- experience designing the whole user journey, ensuring a seamless experience across different touchpoints
- deep understanding of responsive design and the ability to apply UX design best practices across different devices and screen sizes
- experience working in Agile production environments, with at least 3 years on hands-on work
- a passion for innovative, user-centered design and the ability to balance creativity with usability
- ability to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive, effective design solutions
- willingness to mentor and support team members by sharing knowledge, skills, and expertise
- excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- fluent in English, both written and spoken
- commitment to learning and quality, with a strong desire for continuous personal and professional development
- creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think strategically and act beyond traditional boundaries
