UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. This is an onsite position with the flexibility for occasional remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs align with project goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user flows.
• Excellent communication skills to present design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with front-end development tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to evaluate user behavior and improve design decisions.
