Essential Skills and Capabilities:

Key responsibilities:
- Guiding team on how to improve work and self-organization
- Proactively removing or escalates roadblocks to allow team progress
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with emphasis on finding solutions and fixing communication problems
- Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within the team and other entities
- Practice servant leadership and constantly ensure the team’s high performance and happiness
What we offer:
💰Salary depending on your skills and experience;
- 13 000 - 16 000 on B2B,
- 10 400 - 12 800 on employment contract
