We are HTD Health – a fast-growing development shop on a mission to build software that will solve meaningful problems in healthcare. We help ideate, design, build, grow and scale with digital health startups, clinics large and small, medical device consulting firms and other non-healthcare entrepreneurs.
Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, talented, and ambitious Product Owner to join our HTD Health growing team!
What we need from you:
- Working experience in Agile/Scrum development environment;
- Experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniques;
- Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes;
- Very good verbal and written communications skills in English (C1+) at least communicative Polish (B1);
- Being a team player focused on getting things done;
- Strong intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they solve client problems;
- Can focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply, and extract the most important insights.
We appreciate if you have:
- Experience in the international environment;
- Interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare;
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze, gather and document business & functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog);
- Collaborate with business, developers and QA through all phases of the product development lifecycle (e.g. scoping, requirements, design, development, QA, deployment) to deliver quality products;
- Manage the Product Backlog prioritization – Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy;
- Ensure internal and external product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency by helping communicate through Agile practices;
- Keep updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

- PLN 16 000 - 24 000 + VAT on a B2B contract
- PLN 13 300 - 20 000 gross on employment contract
