    The Wholesale Banking Cybersecurity Change Delivery Lead is a senior role supporting the Wholesale Cybersecurity Business Information Security Officer (BISO). Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, implementing cyber initiatives within the Business, ensuring Business requirements are captured and incorporated within the group Cyber global investment and transformation programme, and enabling governance and reporting on Cyber risk and control to Business stakeholders.


    The role reports into the Wholesale Banking BISO.


    The Cyber Delivery Lead is expected to work collaboratively with other members of the Wholesale (WS) Banking Cybersecurity team and WS IT organisations, and the core Central teams



    What you’ll do

    • Review and pilot new initiatives to gather and report Business impacts.
    • Apply critical thinking to assess Business value and Security posture uplift.
    • Undertake gap analysis and assessment of ‘when and ‘what’, to plan rollout of new cybersecurity initiatives within the WS Business, working collaboratively with the global cybersecurity functions, gathering and validating core requirements.
    • Where applicable, support the coordination of GB teams to achieve adoption of global Cyber initiatives, mapping and tracking the Cybersecurity controls improvement(s) which will contribute to reducing WS Business risk.
    • Support the BISO by working in partnership with central functions of the Group Cybersecurity team to collate and report on the management of cybersecurity risks and controls; translate technical information into consumable reports for senior stakeholders; support with the delivery of Cybersecurity remediation activities; support with the delivery of cybersecurity transformation programmes; and gather information to report on regulatory compliance of the central functions.
    • Work in collaboration with the Business, Technology and Cyber teams to provide Business reporting.
    • Deliver presentations, briefings and updates following agreed reporting schedules (KCI’s, KRI’s, KPI’s) as required by the governance forums and/or regulators.
    • Establish strong relationships across WS Tech and Business, and the Cybersecurity function.



    What you need to have to succeed in this role

    • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    • Professional spoken and written communication, with ability to adapt style based on audience (Fluent in spoken / written English)
    • Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders
    • Previous experience of delivery ownership while providing excellent customer service
    • Takes responsibility and ownership for work and personal development
    • Bachelor Degree and/or similar experience, preferably in IT security governance in the Financial Services industry or global corporate service provider


    Nice to have:

    • One or more industry-recognised cybersecurity-related certifications including CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA.
