Oracle Postgre SQL DBA

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.

• Perform backup, recovery, and high availability setups.

• Tune and optimize database performance and queries.

• Enforce database security policies and conduct audits.

• Design schemas, stored procedures, and collaborate with application teams.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for complex DB issues.

• Document procedures, issues, and resolutions clearly.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of total DBA experience.

• 5+ years in PostgreSQL and Oracle.

• Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle replication, HA, and disaster recovery.

• Skilled in SQL, PL/pgSQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.

• Automation experience using job schedulers.

• Proficient with Linux/Unix and shell scripting.
