Your responsibilities:

Build new features from the ground up while working closely with design, product, and other teams
Collaborate with the mobile apps team to design clean, reusable, and resilient high-level architectures
Maintain existing code by fixing bugs and monitoring app performance
Create and participate in code reviews
Participate in architecture design and decisions on how to scale our apps
Make smart engineering and product decisions based on data analysis and collaboration

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of native app development experience, including a strong familiarity with Apple frameworks and object-oriented design best practices
Experience with standard Apple development tools, such as Xcode
Familiarity with native apps architecture patterns, including commonly used patterns such as MVVM
Deep understanding of core software concepts, including networking, security, memory management, multi-threading, and application life-cycle management
Lead and push the boundaries of the codebase by researching and evangelizing the latest mobile emerging technologies, architectures, and trends
Proficient in debugging and performance tuning
Experience communicating with REST APIs
Ability to integrate 3rd party SDKs and APIs
Excellent verbal and written communicator
Can take complex project requirements and turn them into a detailed technical implementation plan
