Who we’re looking for:
You’re a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of professional, full-time experience. Your recent experience includes creating a product vision and business objectives that a product can fulfil; and engaging with the development team to turn that vision into a reality.
You’re a perfect match if you:
- Can define a product vision and prioritize steps toward achieving it
- Make creative, data-driven recommendations to expand the customer and product base
- Have strong analytical skills, the ability to research and learn from large amounts of data to prioritize ideas and back your choice with numbers
- Have a deep understanding of customer problems, and the ability to apply that understanding to product decisions
- Know how to communicate your vision to the team and work closely with them to achieve it
- Have good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Believe in starting with an MVP and improving in successive iterations, learning as you go
- Have excellent English communication skills
Bonus points if you:
- Are familiar with Atlassian ecosystem or working as a vendor in any other marketplace
- Understand the modern SaaS stack
- Have an experience with SQL or similar query languages so you can analyze data on your own
You will be responsible for:
- Positioning our Checklist products family to grow faster apps in the highly competitive space of the Atlassian Marketplace offering
- Building a roadmap based on clearly defined priorities backed by data
- Setting a direction for new products based on a deep understanding of the market, competition, and business opportunities
What we offer:
- Be part of a small, growing company and participate in business decisions
- Salary: 30k-40k net + VAT PLN monthly with a long-term business-to-business contract (USD: 90k - 120k USD annually)
- 30 days of paid, annual leave
- 20% time for your projects
- Work on products loved by real people: over 45k of companies and 4M of users
- Profit-sharing program
- Yearly retreat (details below)
What you can expect from us:
Be part of the solution
- This position is not limited to the development of our current products. We are looking for someone who will help HeroCoders grow as a company, including the possibility of developing new products and entering new markets.
Team over ego
- You will be working with highly motivated and opinionated individuals. Speak your mind, be bold, challenge others, and be ready to be challenged by others. Then use arguments, real data, and your experience to shape the best decisions together.
- Work remotely
- We didn’t need a pandemic to teach us what remote work is. We’ve been a fully remote company since day one. That being said, you will be working with a development team located in Europe and central Africa. We work synchronously, so regardless of where you live, a minimum 4h overlap with UTC +1 is a must.
No crazy hours
- We believe working smarter is better than working harder. We’re in this for the long haul and don’t want our team members to burn out. There may be rare occasions when things get crazy and extra hours are needed, but when that happens you can take time off to compensate.
Retreat
- It’s great to have a fully remote team, but we also believe it’s great to meet and have some fun together. We try to organize at least one annual retreat to spend quality time together, eat great food, have a drink, and talk about life.
