Hemmersbach is now building teams which will take care of automating some processes which have been done manually so far. Your skills

• Fluency in English (C1/C2)
• Knowledge and understanding of automation tools and their applications
• 1 year of hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation solutions using Power Automate
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis tools

Your Tasks

• Identifying and analyzing repetitive tasks within the organization that can be automated using Power Automate
• Creating efficient and effective automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Web to streamline processes and increase productivity
• Implementing and deploying automation solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows
• Regularly monitoring automated processes, troubleshooting any issues, and optimizing solutions for better performance
• Working closely with different teams to understand their automation needs and providing solutions that meet their specific requirements
• Documenting automation processes clearly and providing reports on the efficiency gains and performance of automated tasks
• Staying updated with the latest developments in Power Automate and related technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
