Your responsibilities would include:

• collaborating with the BI Architect on the solution design to ensure it conforms to overall architectural vision and technical roadmap
• working with the Product Owner and BI Architect to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate BI solution requirements
• participating in the selection of new technologies to accommodate BI solution needs
• managing the quality of the solutions and technical debt
• designing and developing BI solutions or keeps oversight on developers (internal and external) to assure technical quality and overall HEINEKEN standards are met
• Identifying potential bottlenecks and their underlying causes that affect the product and proposes how to resolve these
• keeping up with relevant developments in own functional area and ensuring development, transfer and retention of knowledge; being end-to-end responsible for delivering the value of Products through the entire Product life cycle
• delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture
• understanding business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assess the complexity of these and translate into implementable solutions and configurations
• ensuring the product design and implementation adheres to functional requirements and architecture standards
• presenting product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Science, technology, engineering or mathematics
• minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP Data Analytics / Business Intelligence role with a similar scope of responsibilities
• strong BW4HANA experience with skillset including data modelling, data acquisition, authorization, ABAP for transformation, user exits and routines, query modelling
• experience in performance tuning of enterprise scale solutions, including front end (reporting performance) and back-end (data load performance)
• strong SAP Hana native modelling experience with graphical and scripted views
• practical knowledge (developer level) of SAP Analytics Cloud would be advantage
• excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing); ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical staff, identify and understand multiple stakeholders’ perspectives
• teamwork attitude, good team player
• ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions
