The Product Information Management specialist is responsible to foster value creation by means of the company’s product data assets. This comprises of protecting product data in business as usual and protecting product data in Projects. Scope of the role is the E2E Product Data Domain including all Finished Goods data that is exchanged with customers and consumers; capability delivery & business value creation; facilitate Product lifecycle processes, data and definitions, supported by Product Information Management (PIM) solutions.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • assessing Business Requirements Document (BRD) = Change Request for fit with Global Strategy
  • preparing BRD for approval: End-to-End impact (Process, Data,Technology) and costs/benefits (through DRG) and submit to Design Authority
  • through the DRG, assessing possible impact on other HNK platforms, projects and/or data standards
  • facilitating & supporting Eagle Design Authority & Design Reference Group
  • preparing and executing Communication and training on Changes and Releases
  • driving Change management and motivates Operational Companies’s implementation teams to drive the changes locally
  • providing Business Functional support to Operational Companies in business as usual state.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position
  • experience in E2E master data management
  • knowledge of MDM tools
  • knowledge of PLM and SAP is a plus
  • ability to understand E2E processes and the application to the tasks and responsibilities in this position
  • strong stakeholder management capabilities and excellent skills in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation.
