Your responsibilities would include:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-performing applications.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to meet project requirements.

• Identify and promptly resolve software issues to ensure continuous operation.

• Participate in thorough code reviews and contribute to refining coding standards for improved efficiency.

• Stay abreast of the latest methodologies and emerging technologies.

• Contribute to projects driving real-time, data-centric initiatives forward.

• Advocate for a culture of process and data quality within development teams.

• Gather requirements and assist in building roadmaps and architectures to support the Product Team's objectives.

• Ensure solution quality and proactively address technical debt to ensure long-term sustainability and scalability.

• Follow agile development methodologies.

You are a good candidate if you have:

Must have (all levels):

• 6-8 years of experience with modern data architectures and relevant technologies, desirable strong experience in GO programming language or extensive experience in any contemporary programming language is welcomed.

• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in Golang development, enabling you to effectively tackle complex challenges.

• Decision-making abilities to balance technical feasibility, business requirements, and resource constraints.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, explaining technical concepts and aligning on strategic objectives.

• Experience with AWS or other public cloud providers.

• Expertise in data modelling, design patterns, and building highly scalable and secure analytical solutions.

• Strong experience in Relational Databases.

• Proven experience in code testing and building high quality software.

• Ability to work independently and Commitment to taking ownership of your work.

Nice to have:

• Experience with distributed systems at scale.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD (Github Actions, Argo CD, etc)

• Experience with Infra as Code Tooling such as Terraform or CloudFormation for orchestrating AWS components.

• Preferably experience with containerized environments (e.g. Kubernetes)

• Strong communication skills.
