The M365 EUD Collaboration Engineer is part of the Product team and is one of the professionals who supports the refinement of requirements, designing, building and overall delivery of features and agile projects related to the Collaboration platforms. Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Product Team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.

The M365 EUD Collaboration Engineer has the following stakeholders: Global EUD/Collaboration Product owner; Other D&T Global Product team members (Inside and outside of TechBase tribe, limited by functional dependencies); Counterparts in OpCos and Central D&T functions (Inside and outside of TechBase tribe, limited by functional dependencies).

Your responsibilities would include:

• assisting in ensuring the product build and implementation adheres to functional requirements and HEINEKEN standards and best practices with the guidance of the product architect (i.e. Quality, Architecture, Compliance & Security)
• assisting in delivering working product enhancements with the allocated timescale and quality standards that minimize rework and aspire a zero-defect culture
• verifying the implementation—ensure the delivered system is consistent with the agreed architecture and meets the requirements
• providing technical expertise in multiple technology stacks from the listed in the Functional Scope section
• being self-organising with other team members. There is no separate management layer, work is planned and executed by the team
• being a tech-savvy team member who develops products with innovative elements
• being willing to help other team members with removing impediments
• interacting with the Subject Matter Experts in Programs and Projects to align and deliver initiatives
• understanding business requirements and acceptance criteria in the form of user stories, assessing the complexity of these and translating into implementable solutions and configurations
• demonstrating product features during sprint reviews to stakeholders
• task level management and close collaboration with partners and suppliers (T-Systems, Orange Business Services, Microsoft etc.).

You are a good candidate if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• fluent English
• 1+ years’ experience required in a similar role in an international environment / FMCG industry
• experience of working in a deadline-driven environment with rapid release cycles
• experience working in an Agile environment (preferably)
• good communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people in a diverse international environment
• strong analytical and quantitative skills 
• team oriented player atitude and you are able to work effectively as part of the product team
• a can-do and hands-on attitude while dealing with some uncertainty in requirements & features to deliver MVP solutions
• expertise in one or multiple technologies stacks from the listed in Functional Scope section or similar technologies and/or highly capable of learning in that area
• abilty to deal with multiple solutions within one product team, which will be changing moving forward
• awareness of main principles/proved track of using of ITIL, SCRUM and DevOps methodologies.
