Finance Platforms Consultant


Your daily tasks may include:
  • Supporting the deployment of to-be implemented applications for different countries
  • Discusses the functionality and technical changes with business stakeholders, functional & technical architects by aligning on the scope and detail with agile mindset,
  • Safeguarding the overall HEINEKEN standards and practices are adhered by (i.e. SoD, Compliance, Quality, Ways of Working)
  • Performs the integration tests after changes and documents them and supports Key Users/Business Stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing
  • Technical management of tax/e-invoice applications and manages them as the user administrator
  • Acting as a quick problem solver of technical requests and as a proxy between business stakeholders and internal and external suppliers for technical changes
  • Request/incident/change management of managed solutions on a daily basis 
  • Acting as a platform consultant of those applications both for implementations in countries and in business as usual
 
You are good match if you have:
  • Overall experience in corporate IT functional consultancy with general understanding of tax application into business processes such as Market-to-Cash and Accounting within ERP (SAP) context
  • Functional knowledge of e-invoice and tax reporting implementation (familiarity with electronic invoice and tax reporting file standards/formats (UBL, XML, etc), their protocols (e.g. Peppol) and mappings and process flows between government or government certified intermediary systems)
  • Technical knowledge of integrations (interfaces and its security requirements) and of global standardized network
  • Experienced in technical management of applications (User administration, Service Management)
  • Experience in 3rd party application management (SLA, consultancy, IT cost controlling)
  • Experience in the deployment of those applications within a framework of SDLC (requirement analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, hypercare)
  • Experience in regression testing, scripting, defect management
  • Experience in creating Functional and Technical Design documents is a plus 
  • Autonomous learner, self-motivated, solution and detail-oriented and organized.
