Job description
CFIN Solution Architect
You are the Candidate if you have:
- 10+ years SAP consulting experience with at least 7 years in Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO)
- A minimum of 3 Central Finance implementations as a Lead Consultant
- Expert-level skills in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Managerial Accounting (CO), and Central Finance (CFIN) along with corresponding SAP Fiori applications
- Working knowledge of Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, Central Payments & Receivables Management, and Document Reporting and Compliance (tax reporting)
- Deep understanding of SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) and SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF) as part of Central Finance
Good to have:
- Prior experience integration
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance 1909 or higher
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences
CFIN Solution Architect responsible for:
- Technical and functional specialist on SAP S/4HANA central finance
- Build, test and deploy the end to end (e2e) solution design for Central Finance processes
- Ability to translate business processes into SAP system processes
- Design new solution extensions based on new requirements
- Provide architecture and design guidance to the development team
- Provides error resolution progress reporting to all key stakeholders.
- Provides short term error resolution fixes (“quick fixes”) for the issues during critical periods like month end close.
- Participates in and initiates new changes (improvements) for SAP CFIN and/or the related ERP source systems (projects & change requests) to safeguard SAP CFIN data replication.
- Reviews and approves change requests for SAP CFIN and/or related ERP source systems impacting the functional process design of SAP CFIN data replication
- Coordinating between different parties like SAP and IBM Support partner, T-Systems ( Infra structure)
- Coordinating the technology infrastructure activities
- Working with Infrastructure & Implementation Partners regarding the proposed system landscape, with a focus on understanding the impact of interfaces, connectivity and data flow requirements between systems
- Supporting the basis team and coordinate the execution of system landscape specific activities
- Work closely with D&T to ensure all infrastructure activities execution is well planned, managed, documented and delivered on time
