Job description
- Administration and Operations of Anti-Virus security infrastructure
- Provisioning of AV/AS and email policies as required by Customer and OEM recommended.
- Providing on-going support & Troubleshooting AV/AS and email security issues
- 10 years of hands-on experience on security domain managing Security Infrastructure and 4 years of experience in managing AV/AS and email security
- Good knowledge on Multi Factor Authentication in integration with email security solution which provides secure access to corporate emails
- Should have good working experience on Symantec Anti-Virus, Forti mail, MS Defender and Defender for O365
- Good hands-on experience on Prisma Twistlock container security
- Required skills:
- Good hands-on experience on AV/AS, Email security and MFA technology
- Ensure security policies are configured as per Customer requirement along with OEM recommendation
- Good hands-on experience on email protection policies, incoming and outgoing email flow architecture.
- Good working knowledge on email forwarding, SPF, DKIM and DMARC features
- Integration of third party email security solution with MS O365
- Good hands-on experience on Symantec AV/AS policies and setup
- Experience with MS Defender, device onboarding and ATP policies
- Knowledge in Endpoint firewall policy implementation & troubleshooting
- Configuration and troubleshooting skill on container security compliance policy, API, CNF and CNAF policies
