Senior SAP CO Specialist (german)

Location: Poland, hybrid
Contract Type: Permanent / B2B (flexible)
Rate: 25000-30000PLN/month UoP

What you’ll do:
Implement and optimize business processes within the Controlling area using SAP (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA)
Design and develop customer-specific enhancements aligned with business needs
Maintain and improve existing SAP CO solutions in line with evolving requirements
Handle service tickets and execute change requests within an application managed service environment
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements, perform testing, and support deployments

What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with SAP Controlling (CO)
Strong experience with SAP implementations (S/4HANA or BW/4HANA) and custom enhancements
Experience handling tickets and change requests within an AMS environment
Good understanding of additional SAP modules
Experience working with agile methodologies
Fluent German (min. B2) and English (min. B2)
Strong digital mindset, including use of modern tools and AI-based solutions
