Handsoncode is a vendor of developer tools. Our data grid component called Handsontable is used by thousands of developers working for Fortune 500 enterprises around the world.

We are looking to add a talented Customer Success Engineer to our team. You will help our customers' development teams get the most value out of Handsontable. 

The type of work you would do:

  • Investigate the business needs and technical challenges experienced by developers that integrate our product in their projects and assist them with advice.
  • Build custom functionality and PoC's to address customer needs
  • Run training sessions for our customers and their teams to help them become experts in Handsontable.
  • Collaborate closely with our software engineers, QA and technical writers to convert customer pain points into enhancement suggestions.

What we expect you to bring:

  • Extensive JavaScript development experience (4+ years)
  • Working knowledge or ability to learn popular frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, others)
  • Excitement to engage with customers
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of web browser differences, limitations, and quirks
  • Advanced usage of browser developer tools, including debugging and profiling
  • Good understanding of business needs, skills in root cause analysis
  • Advanced written and spoken communication in English (C1)

Nice, but not mandatory to have:

  • Knowledge in full-stack development and architecture
  • Experience in solution or sales engineering, technical communication, technical support or related fields
  • Track record of working with international customers
