CRMS Product Team is a team of technology experts to deliver and support application for consumer service processes in 100+ countries for more than 700 users.
As a DevOps Specialist You Will Be Responsible For:
- Provide software development of supported product/service
- Support design technical solutions and architecture of supported product/service
- Support delivery processes of Release increments built by DevOps Team.
- Work with business or customer representatives to identify product/service requirements
- Analysis of business requirements and mapping them to Salesforce capabilities
- Anticipate, understand, troubleshoot and fix problems using technical expertise and problem solving skills to restore product/service, identify root cause and remediate
Why you?
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for engineers with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- At least one 2 years of professional experience as a developer in Salesforce.com Technology.
- Experience in Apex programming.
- Practice in supporting Global implementations of the Salesforce.com Technology.
- Experience within a DevOps environment
- Experience in working with git repository
- Learning agility, ability to learn new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly
- Very good English skills - level B2 (communicating with teams and business partners from other countries)
- Communication skills required to work in complex global application environment
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience building/maintaining CI/CD Pipelines
- Certified from salesforce.com platforms or related technologies
- Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Certified Advanced Systems Administrator
