Our team is small and collaborative, and we work pretty closely together. Founders of Supercharge have co-founded multiple companies, that combined generate yearly revenues north of 1B (yes, that’s a billion) PLN.

The job:
- Source, screen, and track deal flow proactively, through research-based targeted outreach, and reactively, through building relationships with entrepreneurs and VCs
- Evaluate and assess the viability of materials we receive from companies.
- Lead key pieces of diligence for investment opportunities and deal processes (e.g., competitive landscape, market sizing, financial/capital table modeling, reference calls, investment memo writing, etc.).
- Support fund management functions such as portfolio reporting, LP reporting, and OKR tracking.
- Continually develop your intuition and judgment in evaluating, negotiating, and executing deals, build self-confidence, and gain increasing autonomy.
Ideally, you are:
- A professional with 2-4 years of relevant work experience (VC, experience running a startup, consulting or PE are common, but we are open to other backgrounds).
- Respectful, energetic, "can-do", team-oriented person
- A first-principles thinker and strategist, who derives energy from analyzing complex problems
- A self-starter, capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Capable of gathering and synthesizing vast amounts of information
- Analytical mind; able to analyze and derive insights from financial and cohort data
- A multidisciplinary person who can delve into a financial model (or learn it!), pick apart a product strategy, and develop hypotheses
- Great at writing emails, presentations, and reports in a concise and courteous writing style
- Have great organizational skills and a love for business processes
- Available to attend evening events
- Have a basic understanding of public markets
