About the role
As a Product Owner at Growbots, you will:

Take on the SCRUM Product Owner role, guiding engineering teams in building and releasing new capabilities and features.

Coordinate releases, ensure dependencies and interfaces are understood and tested; and be an accountable leader for team deliverables and dates.

Work with the dev team to create stories and use cases for planned new capabilities.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap & strategy.
- Liaise with stakeholders remotely and face-to-face to understand customer needs. Represent the voice of the customer. Always.

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to resolve issues and problems affecting the product's success.

Create and prioritize the team backlog, evaluate and prioritize requests for product changes, enhancements, etc.
- Define key metrics for measuring product success.
An ideal candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner within a software company.
- Understands the software dev cycle, kanban, scrum, agile methodology, etc.
- Can build product backlog/long-term roadmap.
- Has a real passion for solving problems.
- Demonstrates strong communication and presentation skills.
- Backs up decisions with data.
- Can communicate smoothly in Polish (at least B2).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the basics of SQL and the joy of working with numbers.
- Understanding of the SaaS B2B market
- Experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Web apps
