Together with our client, a leading provider of title insurance and mortgage industries, we are building enterprise cloud solutions.
Our responsibility is to design and implement mission-critical software that will manage various business aspects like customer, product, and order management, billing, and business-specific workflows. The application is being developed by Grape Up from scratch, utilizing best practices and maintaining the highest standards in software delivery. It is integrated with multiple dependent applications and its role is to be the heart of the system.
Responsibilities:
· Systematic close cooperation with Product Owners and Architects from client-side
· Coordinate communication among clients representants and internal development teams
· Explore, capture, and document business requirements
· Decompose business requirements to functional and technical backlog items
· Identify dependencies and blockers for planned scope
· Sprint Backlog preparation & support sprint planning goals setting
· Cooperate with 3 internal development teams
· Support Product Owner around Product Increment planning and goals setting
· Actively propose solutions to solve problems considering existing systems’ capabilities, constraints and stakeholders’ needs
· Coordinate communication among development teams and collaborate with key stakeholders
Requirements:
· 5+ years of relevant professional experience around technical requirements exploration
· Good expertise of requirements management standards (BABOK, IREB, etc.) as well as good practices from Scrum/SAFe
· Very good experience with various requirements exploration technics
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Open-minded, goal-orientation and Agile mindset
· Practical experience of team collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
· Strong communication and interpersonal, skills
· Excellent command of English
· Openness to shifted working hours (10:00/11:00 - 18:00/19:00) due to cooperation with the US client
Nice to have:
· Technical background (preferable Python)
· Knowledge of relational databases and Cloud concept
· Basic understanding of REST communication
· Experience with BPMN
· Basic understanding of AWS services (microservice architectures)
· Good knowledge of various delivery processes (Scrum, SAFe, XP, Lean, Kanban, etc.)
· Good knowledge of all aspects of SDLC
· Experience as Product Owner role
· Experience in exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects
