For one of our Automotive customers, we are helping to create a Connected Car system enabling information exchange between the user and the car. Our responsibility is to lead the project right from the back-end to the front-end through mobile. The current solution is based on legacy technology and needs re-engineering from scratch in a highly efficient and modern way.

- Projects in Poland:
9 000 - 16 000 PLNgross/month
- Projects in Ireland:
12 100 - 21 600gross/month
Of course, we cover the entire cost of business travels and accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform
- Working closely with other Android developers and developers from other teams (e.g. Backend or Frontend teams)
- Participating in system architecture design and development
- Cooperating with analysts and product owners refining the design assumptions
- Analyzing business needs and creating technical documentation
- Maintaining the highest quality standards
Requirements
- THE PROJECT REQUIRES TO WORK IN THE CLIENT’S OFFICE IN IRELAND FOR 3-6 MONTHS
- Experience with designing and building complex Android applications using Kotlin
- Good knowledge of Android SDK
- Good knowledge about Google Play Store release process and UI/UX standards (Material Design)
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect the app with back-end services
- Experience with modern development tools (Android Studio, Git, Fastlane, Jenkins, Confluence /or other wikis, JIRA/or other trackers, code review tools)
- Knowledge of TDD and unit testing
- Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Good communication skills, openness
Nice to have
- Experience with XP methodology
- Experience working with commonly known 3-rd party frameworks and libraries from Android Ecosytem (dependency Injection tools [Dagger, ButterKnife], Retrofit, Firebase APIs)
