We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team in Kraków. Our Client is a transnational company that owns numerous products within the Finance domain. One of the largest, B2B electronic payment network, is integrating at the moment with several other Banking products belonging to the Client. The solution will be built using the following stack: single page HTML/JavaScript app on the front end (using react etc.), .Net Core for back end services exposing a rest API, expected to use Oracle database but may start on MSSQL and Docker containers to facilitate continuous deployment. There are business trips to Client location (USA, East coast) and there are always many challenges and opportunities to grows.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in development with the use of J2EE/Java, JavaScript, HTML, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, JQuery
- Understanding and practical usage of MVC Architecture
- Developing web applications using Ajax
- Hands-on experience with JSP/Servlets/JavaScript/JDBC
- Working with databases (Oracle, ElasticSearch), good knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of Design Patterns and Enterprise Design Patterns
- Knowledge or use of an IDE, such as Eclipse or IDEA
- Knowing how to work in a team and write a good quality code
- Docker would be a plus, Linux basic and REST is a must-have
- Intermediate English (read/write/speak) for daily communication with the customer’s subject matter experts
