We build the autonomous testing agent used by our customers (Facebook, WhatsApp, Microsoft) and 50,000 professional testers around the world.

Compensation & Benefits
- Negotiable salary, up to 26500 PLN net a month on a VAT invoice (B2B), depending on your experience and quality of your code

What You'll be doing:
- Design and implement machine learning models for web or mobile autonomous testing agent
- Search additional datasets and databases to solve business problems
- Design and prototype classifiers and problem-solving algorithms
- Process, clean, and validate the integrity of data used for analysis
- Building a strong environment of ownership over the apps and features which are implemented.
- Solving various interesting problems around tester management, tester scoring, hybrid automated test execution or autonomous testing
- You'll improve the team and company – you will be an active participant in our culture (mentorship for less experienced developers, interviewing, and new initiatives)
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
We don't expect someone to tick every box. We are willing to train the right person who wants to learn.
- Min 4 years of commercial experience as Data Science/AI/ML Engineer or common
- Experience with Machine Learning Frameworks (PyTorch, Keras, Tensorflow, H2O, sklearn)
- Experience with AI (ML, NLP, Neural Networks of various types, Swarm Intelligence, Genetic Algorithms, etc.)
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning and deep learning
- Knows Data Science Python tooling (numpy, scikit, pandas)
- Good knowledge of software development of web or mobile projects
- Good knowledge of Python & Python universe
- Good experience with AWS data-pipeline infrastructure (Lambda, S3, Sagemaker, ...)
- Learn quickly. Demonstrates an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
- Proactive attitude. Generates new and innovative approaches to problems. Think outside of the box.
- Focus on delivering and self-management
- Good written and spoken English communication skills (prefered min C1)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Deep Graph Library
- BigData Platforms (Apache Spark, Hadoop, AWS Glue)
- Experience with automated functional testing (Selenium, Protractor, Appium, ...)
- Knowledge about Event Architecture (Kinesis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, CQRS, Event Sourcing, eventual consistency)
- Experience with Ruby or/and React
- Statistical Model Evaluation & Analysis
- Experience with numerical analysis
