Your responsibilities will include:
- providing expertise and leading change in the area of application performance
- proactively monitoring and identifying bottlenecks in an application
- technical support to increase application capacity
- leading performance test planning, execution, analysis and tuning to deliver high-performing applications
- recommendation and evaluation for performance improvements
- providing architectural guidance during application design and development
- collaborating closely with our developers to deliver better results
What we expect:
- experience in application availability, performance and capacity monitoring
- hands-on experience with APM toolsets such as NewRelic, Blackfire or Dynatrace
- knowledge and experience in monitoring the quality and performance of MySQL queries
- experience with ELK Stack and Grafana
- comfortable with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes and Git
- solid foundation of statistics and data analysis
- experience in developing metrics and KPIs for management reporting
- experience with Cloud Computing platforms in performance aspects
- strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- initiative, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
