We are seeking to collaborate with an IT Asset Specialist who will join our Asset Management team and take responsibility for managing IT assets. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of IT equipment and software, optimizing and overseeing the IT budget, and continuously monitoring costs. You will oversee procurement processes, collaborate with suppliers, and control invoices and payments.

Your tasks will also include identifying hardware needs, ongoing inventory of computer equipment, updating data and software, ensuring compliance with licenses, and monitoring their expiration dates.

We expect you to be a proactive, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and ensures data confidentiality in asset management.

Your responsibilities:

• Optimizing and overseeing the budget, monitoring costs, and ensuring the effective use of the IT department's financial resources
• Managing current inventory, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying hardware needs
• Ensuring compliance with licenses, monitoring expiration dates, and coordinating software updates
• Organizing and supervising procurement processes, collaborating with suppliers, and controlling invoices and payments
• Managing the full lifecycle of devices and software, ensuring their maximum efficiency
• Creating and maintaining accurate documentation, preparing detailed reports

You're a perfect match for the role, if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You have experience and are familiar with the latest hardware and software technologies
• Your Excel skills will allow you to effectively manage data and reporting
• You have experience in conducting hardware and software inventory as well as in the procurement process
• You have experience in IT asset management
• You are independent and assertive with excellent organizational and communication skills
• You are open to a temporary contract
• Your English proficiency is at least at the B2 level, both spoken and written.
• You are from Rzeszow or the surrounding area and enjoy working both on-site and remotely
